• Prepare a healthy, vegetarian lunch for our team of approximately 10-15p present in our office in The Hague (no three-course extravaganza, a rich salad or veggie soup will do);
• Monitor and manage office supplies with a keen eye for upholding operational readiness;
• Make sure the plants are taken care of and the leaves remain lush and green;
• Order groceries at the end of the week, making sure everyone’s demands are met;
• Act as a proactive problem solver, cultivating a positive, tidy and welcoming office environment;
• Maintain an office zen.
• Knowledge or experience in HR is a plus.

A typical workday* at Verve

Begin your day by checking the calendar and creating a to-do list. You make sure that meeting rooms are in great condition, so our guests will get the warmest of welcomes.

On Mondays, groceries are delivered; your responsibility is to ensure they are properly stored and the refrigerator is in immaculate condition. Additionally, maintain an organized pantry and take note of any items that need to be ordered.

Delve into projects, collaborating with PaCo on team events. Manage book orders, arrange fresh flowers, and uphold a well-stocked office and good work environment.

As the morning transitions into the afternoon, it's time to prepare lunch and set up the table for the team. Together you’ll enjoy a well-deserved break. Following lunch, ensure that everything is tidied up, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

In the afternoon you check up on other projects, like choosing birthday presents, and give some love to our green jungle. At the end of the day you make sure the studio is tidy again, and off you go!

*Working hours are from 10:00 to 15:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
